Optux Parking

1. The service. Optux Parking is a reservation and access-control service for truck parking lots operated by Optux Security LLC (“we”, “us”). By reserving a parking space through Optux Parking, you agree to these terms.

2. Reservations and plans. A reservation assigns you a specific parking space for the plan you choose (for example, daily or monthly). The space is held for a limited time while you complete payment; if payment is not completed, the reservation is cancelled and the space is released. A reservation becomes active only when payment is confirmed.

3. Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number. Monthly plans renew automatically and charge the payment method on file until you cancel. If a payment fails, we will notify you and give you time to update your payment method; if it remains unpaid, entry access may be suspended until the balance is settled.

4. Access by license plate. Entry is granted by reading the license plate you registered. You are responsible for keeping your plate information accurate and for the vehicle that uses your reservation. Exit is never blocked, regardless of account status.

5. Rules of the lot. You agree to use the space only for the registered vehicle, follow posted signs and instructions from staff, and not store hazardous materials. Repeated violations may result in cancellation of your reservation.

6. Limited liability. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Optux Security LLC is not liable for loss of or damage to vehicles or their contents, for indirect or consequential damages, or for interruptions of the service caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the reservation in question.

7. Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is always published at this page with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

1. El servicio. Optux Parking es un servicio de reservas y control de acceso para parqueaderos de camiones operado por Optux Security LLC (“nosotros”). Al reservar un espacio a través de Optux Parking, aceptas estos términos.

2. Reservas y planes. Una reserva te asigna un espacio concreto por el plan que elijas (por ejemplo, diario o mensual). El espacio se aparta por un tiempo limitado mientras completas el pago; si el pago no se completa, la reserva se cancela y el espacio se libera. La reserva queda activa solo cuando el pago se confirma.

3. Pagos. Los pagos los procesa Stripe. No guardamos el número de tu tarjeta. Los planes mensuales se renuevan automáticamente y se cobran al método de pago registrado hasta que canceles. Si un pago falla, te avisaremos y tendrás tiempo para actualizar tu método de pago; si sigue pendiente, el acceso de entrada puede suspenderse hasta que se regularice.

4. Acceso por placa. La entrada se autoriza leyendo la placa que registraste. Eres responsable de mantener esa información correcta y del vehículo que use tu reserva. La salida nunca se bloquea, sin importar el estado de la cuenta.

5. Normas del parqueadero. Te comprometes a usar el espacio solo con el vehículo registrado, a seguir la señalización y las indicaciones del personal, y a no almacenar materiales peligrosos. Las infracciones reiteradas pueden implicar la cancelación de la reserva.

6. Responsabilidad limitada. El servicio se presta “tal cual”. En la medida que la ley lo permita, Optux Security LLC no responde por pérdida o daño de vehículos o su contenido, por daños indirectos o consecuentes, ni por interrupciones del servicio causadas por hechos fuera de nuestro control razonable. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamación se limita al monto pagado por la reserva en cuestión.

7. Cambios. Podemos actualizar estos términos; la versión vigente se publica siempre en esta página con su fecha. Seguir usando el servicio tras un cambio implica aceptar los términos actualizados.
